European Sports Online Return Policy:
To Return a Product Purchased Online: Please contact Customer Service at 847-490-9000 or via customerservice@europeansports.com to receive specific instructions and address information. Online returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Online Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality or fit of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling charges, as you return the item within 30 days of our delivery, and it is unused and unworn.
We accept returns on items in their complete, original condition and packaging (unused, brand new, unworn, unlaundered and unembellished). All returns must include the following customer information: Full name, address, and email.
Online Return Policy Exceptions:
Items that are purchased as part of a set must be returned as a set i.e. shin guards and sleeves in the original packaging, two cleats in their original box, two goalie gloves in their original packaging, etc.
Any marked down, clearance, and final sale items cannot be returned. Gift certificates/cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Club, Teamwear, and/or Customized Jerseys and Apparel - any items that are customized (i.e. if your player number is added, team logo, professional player number, etc.) cannot be returned. These items are final sale because they were customized and as a result, cannot be returned, exchanged or resold by European Sports.
What's the timeline for my refund?
Once the returned product has been received and reviewed, we can then approve the refund (if it does not conflict with the above return policy exceptions). This process typically takes 5-10 business days depending on the time it takes for us to receive the product/s. Please note: your financial institution will post the refund according to their policies. This is typically done within 7 business days. However, some banks use a longer billing cycle and, in some cases, it can take 30 days. Any questions should be directed to your bank. If/when we receive and accept your returned item, a full-price refund will be issued less any applicable shipping and handling charges. The credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Loyalty points, vouchers, and credits to gift cards may take up to 30 days to be processed.

European Sports Online Shipping Policy
All online orders are processed between 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days (when based in the continental US), depending on your distance from our Illinois locations.
European Sports uses USPS priority mail with a flat shipping rate of $11.00.
