European Sports Policy
The collection of personal information is only for European Sports to use to help with your order processing/customer service. Your personal data will never be sold or used outside of European Sports. We believe in complete confidentiality of your personal information and will only access your information when needed.
Only items that have been purchased from European Sports can be returned as long as they follow the below return requirements:
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON CUSTOMIZED APPAREL/EQUIPMENT.
- All returns/exchanges must be sent back within 30 days from the online purchase date, NO CUSTOMIZED EQUIPMENT/APPAREL will be accepted.
- In the case of a return, customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the product was received damaged. Note: Even if European Sports has a special sale on free shipping, the return shipping cost must still be covered by the customer.
- All merchandise must be in the original condition received and must include all original tags. Any items used or worn will not be accepted (i.e. grass stains on the bottom of cleats or palms of gloves).
- A sales order number with the billing name/address is required for all returns.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!! Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on any sale item.
European Sports reserves the right to refuse any product that we do not seem appropriate. To ensure a timely return/exchange, please call ahead and notify us of your return so we can guide you on appropriate next steps.
